Get the most out of exhibiting during Work Truck Week and set yourself apart from the competition. Host a private meeting or event to get extra time with your customers or to train your staff. Be sure to invite your guests in advance as you may be competing for their time.
Exhibitor meeting and event requests
To host an event or reserve meeting space at Indiana Convention Center or at a WTW25 hotel, contact
Jenelle Warner, NTEA director of events. When requesting a hospitality event or meeting space, please have the following information available: date, time, anticipated number of attendees and type of event.
Reception at booth
Hosting a reception at your booth offers great networking opportunities with current and potential customers. Hospitality events in the exhibit areas may be held during the hours of 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5 and Thursday, March 6.
Meeting space at Indiana Convention Center
Holding a meeting at Work Truck Week can be effective and efficient for your company. Train your sales team on new products and services so they can best market your business. Space is limited at the convention center so exhibitor staff offices cannot be accommodated, and it is recommended to dedicate space within your booth for customer meetings or reserve meeting space at a WTW25 hotel.
Hospitality event/meeting space at hotels
Use the surrounding hotels for a networking reception or meeting with customers and prospects.
