What is Work Truck Week®?
For 25 years, the people who design, build, use and maintain the work trucks and equipment the world relies on have gathered to see the industry’s latest products and technology, learn from one another and discuss how to improve the future. North America’s largest work truck event is your chance to see the newest commercial vehicle products, choose from a broad range of industry-focused education and gain access to technical, sales and marketing representatives from hundreds of exhibiting companies. Interact with thousands of industry professionals, find answers to technical issues, and connect with peers at special events and receptions.

Connect with us by using official event hashtags #worktruckweek #worktrucks25 #wtw25 #greentrucks25.

What is Green Truck Summit?
Green Truck Summit, held annually as part of Work Truck Week, provides insights, solutions and resources in support of the work truck industry’s drive toward achieving greater sustainability, productivity and efficiency. This event offers intensive sessions led by experts, covering new and emerging advanced vehicle and fuel technology applications and evolution within the commercial vehicle market.

When and where is Work Truck Week 2025 (WTW25)?
WTW25 takes place March 4–7, 2025, at Indiana Convention Center (Indianapolis, Indiana). Green Truck Summit is held March 4, educational sessions run March 4–6 and The Work Truck Show exhibit hall is open March 5–7.

Registration

Is there a registration cost for media?
Media registration is complimentary for editorial media with valid credentials. It includes most education and networking activities, access to the Pressroom, Ride & Drive and on-demand material, as well as early entry into the exhibit hall each day. All media representatives must register for Work Truck Week and any specific events they want to attend. Space is limited for many activities, so register early to reserve a seat. Learn more.

How do I register?
Register online or call 248-489-7090. When you apply for media registration, you will be asked to upload credentials. All media registration requests and credentials are subject to verification.

Where can I book hotel rooms?
NTEA has set aside blocks of rooms at two downtown Indianapolis hotels for qualified media. New for 2025, you must first register for Work Truck Week to access the media hotel block. Your registration confirmation email will include a link to book online and a code to use when registering by phone. To book by phone, call Work Truck Week Housing at 317-262-8191 and give them the code in your confirmation email. The deadline to reserve a hotel room is Jan. 31, 2025. Indianapolis hotels sell out, and space is limited, so book early.

What’s available on-demand to media?
Media who register for a GTS or WTW Conference Package will have access to many GTS General Session and/or WTW Breakout Session recordings and content on-demand, as well as exhibitor listings. Because Chassis Update content is most effectively presented live, these sessions will not be recorded for on-demand access. Please note, a WTW25 Planner is required to access on-demand content. Registrants will receive access to educational on-demand content the week after WTW25 concludes for 30 days.
