New for 2025

  • The 2025 Work Truck Show exhibit hall features commercial vehicles, equipment and products from 500 industry companies — including chassis, bodies, aerial devices, snow and ice control equipment, advanced vehicle and fuel technology, accessories and components — with many exhibitors revealing or launching new offerings. In addition to the main exhibit hall, attendees can visit New Exhibitor Pavilion (March 5–6), a dedicated space showcasing first-time exhibitors.
  • Jennifer Brace, chief futurist of Ford Motor Company, is the 2025 Green Truck Summit keynote speaker. This annual conference addresses the evolution of the commercial vehicle landscape as the shift toward zero emissions continues to accelerate.
  • We know it can be difficult to find a quick, well-balanced meal or a place to sit and meet with colleagues during the busy day. Work Truck Week Lunch is the ideal option for attendees and exhibitors to eat and meet in a convenient location. WTW Lunches will be in Hall K (end of aisle 100) and Capitol Avenue Lobby (near registration) on Wednesday, March 5 and Thursday, March 6. Lunch tickets are not included with any registration packages, but can be pre-purchased separately when registering for Work Truck Week. Lunch tickets will not be sold on-site — they must be purchased in advance; however, concession stands will be open throughout the Convention Center during Work Truck Week.
  • The 2025 Opening Reception will be held at JW Marriott Indianapolis (March 4 from 6–8:30 p.m.), welcoming the commercial vehicle community to Work Truck Week. New for 2025, the Opening Reception is included in the Green Truck Summit Conference Package or available as a separate purchase.
