A verified 16,413 commercial vehicle industry professionals from 31 countries and all 50 U.S. states attended Work Truck Week® 2025 March 4–7 at Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. This is the third year in a row North America’s largest work truck event set a new attendance record.


Work Truck Show® 2025 exhibit space was sold out, with 549 companies filling the exhibit hall and New Exhibitor Pavilion with the latest vehicles, equipment and technology.


Work Truck Show exhibits cover more than 500,000 square feet and encompass all areas of the commercial vehicle ecosystem.

 
Work Truck Week attendees made new connections and discovered products from companies exhibiting for the first time in New Exhibitor Pavilion.


Work Truck Week 2025 kicked off March 4 with Green Truck Summit, a full-day immersion into advanced commercial vehicle technology. Jennifer Brace, chief futurist for Ford Motor Company, delivered a keynote address designed to help attendees develop a framework to better prepare their operations for the future.


Dozens of companies launched products, announced business relationships, celebrated milestones and showcased technology developments at this year’s event.

Work Truck Week’s exclusive Ride & Drive gave attendees time behind the wheel of commercial vehicles with the latest advanced fuels and technology.


Hundreds of Work Truck Week 2025 attendees drove or rode in 20 cutting-edge commercial vehicles available through Ride & Drive. The vehicles spanned Classes 2–8, including all-electric vans, trucks and chassis, as well as internal combustion vehicles featuring advancements to improve fuel utilization and reduce greenhouse gases or particulate matter.


Many regular attendees describe Work Truck Week as the industry’s annual reunion. The week always includes plenty of opportunities to meet new people and catch up with old friends.


Mike “Coach K” Krzyzewski, head men’s basketball coach for Duke University (1980–2022), pumped up a full house as keynote speaker at NTEA Annual Meeting.

Jennifer Brace, chief futurist at Ford Motor Company, will serve as Green Truck Summit keynote speaker on March 4, 2025. Held annually as part of Work Truck Week in Indianapolis, Green Truck Summit is a full-day immersion into advanced technology for commercial vehicles.
